Krzysztof Glowacki - BBU Int champion in Cruiserweight division
There was a pro show promoted by Tomasz Babilonski at Jozefow, Poland with Krzysztof Glowacki (POL) - Lukasz Rusiewicz (POL) as the main event for vacant BBU International cruiserweight title.
From the first round till the end of last and 6th round Glowacki controlled the fight. He was faster and more accurate. Both fighters stamina was on high level but the fight was a one side show.
Rusiewicz who wasn´t happy with his performance tried to hit strong and sometimes he almost done it but Glowacki knew how to defend. Both fighters boxed very fairly and it was an easy and clean fight for the referee Wlodzimierz Kromka.
After 6 rounds Glowacki´s hand was risen as the sign of victory with points 60-54. While Rusiewics has scored a closer point loss against former heavyweight world champion Herbie Hide in his previous fight the fight on Sunday evening was a well done performance for the new champion Krzysztof Glowacki who improved to 7-0, 3 KO, while Rusiewicz fell into 7-7, 0 KO.
